Howard Grant is the architect who designed Castro MUNI METRO station and its transit plaza later dedicated to Harvey Milk.

He also designed Civic Center/UN Plaza, Van Ness, Church St., and West Portal while he was a principal at Reid & Tarics Associates.  Three of his stations were given design awards.
